The first appointment is booked for 1 hour. This time is used to carry out an initial consultation, provide a diagnosis to ensure Osteopathic treatment is appropriate and then beginning the treatment plan.
Follow-up appointment:

A 40 minute appointment to check on progress, any new symptoms and to continue the treatment plan. More time to focus on hands on treatment and discuss progression.
